I found many activities AVAILABLE. Access to the water park was a great bonus. The staff delivered extraordinary service consistently. I received daily gifts from housekeeping. The management even arranged a romantic anniversary treat. The pastry chef is indeed talented. I complimented her almond croissant, and she gave us a small cake on our last day. The staff were present and engaging. We conversed with people from Nepal, South Africa, Uganda, and India. The hotel staff knew us by sight AND name. Aquaventure WAS wonderful
The price felt somewhat high for the VALUE provided. The room had only three working power inputs, inadequate for three guests. Wrong information was provided about breakfast times.

The room staff added nice touches to the room when cleaning it. The room was big and spacious.
I was waiting for a car from the hotel at the mall during rain. The hotel repeatedly got calls to pick us up because finding available taxis was impossible. No one came, despite many cars and even SUVs.

I found many dining options. The variety was excellent! Access to the waterpark was a definite plus for our family. The staff maintained high cleanliness standards, and they were always friendly. I was especially charmed by the aquarium!
The WiFi speed was somewhat slow at times. This made it a little difficult to do work.

The resort features a large waterpark with multiple slides and pools. I enjoyed the numerous activities offered. A well-equipped gym offers treadmills and weights. The hotel also includes a large aquarium with diverse marine life.

My room featured a king-size bed and a separate seating area. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. A balcony offered views of the coastline. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean.

the room was generally clean (nothing extraordinary, just acceptable).
I had issues with the room service. I asked for a specific item and got conflicting information about its availability and price. first, i was told it was complimentary, but then i was quoted a high price. a manager came to my room (i really didn't need that visit) and couldn't explain the initial price discrepancy, it was really annoying. also, despite requesting an early check-in, i had to wait a long time, the lobby was chaotic, and it seemed like no one was managing the waiting guests.

The staff were very good. I especially appreciated the personal touches in the room upon my return each day (like the glasses cleaning kit). I loved the club room this year, access to the club lounge was definitely a bonus.
Check-out was slow, with a queue because check-in was also happening at the same counters.

The resort is large enough that you don't need to leave even when it's hot. Access to the water park is easy and adds a lot of entertainment value. Reaching the Palm can be busy during peak hours.

Breakfast had good variety and was tasty (the pancakes were great!). I found the afternoon tea and cocktail happy hour to be worth the money. There are choices for dining, with restaurants offering top-quality dishes.
